Stocktaking zones will be defined by unique codes (areas) inside each storage/goods presentation premises where stocktaking agents will be assigned, who will scan each item individually, so that the product identification is correct. The stocktaking procedure used by Optima inventory service ensures good functionality throughout the stocktaking process.

Scanned data is downloaded via a wireless connection and can be accessed and tracked during the stocktaking process on our online platform connected via API with the client platform.
