How does it work?
It all starts with us listening to you. A successful stocktaking activity doesn’t just happen. It takes careful planning, open communication and continuous adjustment. We adapt and organize ourselves according to the specificity of the beneficiary, the field of activity, the type of location.
The stocktaking will be done by identifying the items at the customer’s location based on barcodes using a mobile terminal with a built-in barcode reader, having the stocktaking software solution installed, as well as the product nomenclature received from the customer. Stocktaking zones will be defined by unique codes (areas) inside each storage/goods presentation premises where stocktaking agents will be assigned, who will scan each item individually, so that the product identification is correct. The stocktaking procedure used by Optima Group ensures good functionality throughout the stocktaking process.
Scanned data is downloaded via wireless connection and can be accessed and tracked during the stocktaking process on our online platform. We ask for feedback after the project is completed so that we can periodically improve our performance if necessary.
