HID Global’s LinTRAK ultra-high frequency (UHF) radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags have been specifically designed to identify linen and textile products; due to their shape, durability and ease of fixation, they meet the tracking requirements of the laundry industry.
LinTRAK® tags withstand the rigors of repeated washings, including exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, sterilizing heat, and water extraction pressure. The patented design securely positions the inner chip relative to the antenna, which guarantees consistent performance over the life of the tag.
LinTRAK tags are compliant with EPC global UHF Class 1 Gen 2 and ISO 18000- 63 RAIN® RFID standards. This means that they are encoded with a unique EPC code, following GS1 standards (SGTIN96 format) which can be re-programmed to be compatible with any operating platform, in accordance with privacy laws. Custom encoding services are provided.
LinTRAK C15-M730 measures 67 x 15 mm and features a flexible design, integrating the latest generation IC. It can be sewn directly onto linen items, placed under an oversize thermo-adhesive patch or inside a fabric pouch.
LinTRAK C15S-MRI-M730 measures 52 x 15 mm and can be easily sewn onto textile items thanks to a 5 mm empty zone above the chip to ease the sewing process. MR (magnetic resonance) compliant, it can be used in all types of MRI systems found in medical environments.
LinTRAK C10S-MRI-M730 measures 46 x 10 mm. It is discreet and non-obtrusive and can be seamlessly inserted in the hems of textile items such as bed linen, pillowcases and tablecloths. MR (magnetic resonance) compliant, it can be used in all types of MRI systems found in medical environments.
LinTRAK XS-M730 is the smallest tag of our LinTRAK family. Measuring just 30 x 10 mm, it is ideal for integration into small textile items and personal clothing, such as nursing homes and care facilities’ resident wear.
LinTRAK C15H-MRI-M730 is a heatsealable tag, ideally suited for garments and uniforms identification and tracking. Measuring 70 x 15 mm, it attaches directly and effortlessly onto linen items, when heat-sealing instructions are followed. It is also MR-conditional and can be used in all types of MRI systems found in medical environments.
LinTRAK C15SH-M730 is also a heatsealable tag. Almost half the size of the above LinTRAK tag, it measures 46 x 15 mm, and attaches directly and effortlessly onto linen items, when heat-sealing instructions are followed.
KEY BENEFITS:
