Returns Policy for optima.vision
Thank you for shopping with optima.vision. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.
- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included. We do not accept returns for used or damaged items.
- Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at office@optima.vision Please provide your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Refunds
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in new, unused condition. If they meet our eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to the provided bank account within 14 business days. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order on our website.
- Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the defective item, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Consumables such as labels, tags, ribbons, cards, and batteries
- Software products that have been opened or activated
- Special-order items that are not stocked in our warehouse
- Items that have been damaged
- Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
- Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return.
